The Frog Hollow South Revitalization Committee will host a
Summer Block Party this Saturday, August 22, in the vacant lot
at the corner of Broad and Jefferson Streets. The event will
feature face-painting, clowns, food and performances by Guakia,
Tropical Impact and the Cultural Dance Troupe of the West Indies.
The public is invited to join in the festivities, which will
run from 1-6 pm. The public is also invited to participate in
a clean-up of the area on Friday, August 21. Call Charmaine Craig

The event is being sponsored by the Southside Neighborhood Institutions
Alliance (SINA).
