Women's Auxiliary thrift shop seeks donations of seasonal clothing,
housewares, linens, costumes jewelry, shoes, boots, lingerie
and other useful items. Items may be dropped off at the shop,

Toning for Two - To help prepare participants for labor and
delivery. Taught by physical therapist trained in prenatal and
postpartum exercise, the program teaches toning and stretching
to enhance strength & flexibility. Exercises taught to ease
back pain and leg cramps & to tone muscles & restore
body to pre-pregnancy state. Physician's approval needed for
class. Mondays & Wednesdays 11am - noon. Saint Francis Care

Losing a pet can be very hard on an owner. Catzablanca Cat clinic
and hospital in Rocky Hill will hold free pet seminar at 7pm
