On Sunday, October 25, hundreds marched through downtown Hartford
in the Aids Project Halloween Parade, which raised thousands
of dollars for AIDS research. Among the sponsors for the parade
were Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Connecticut, Saint Francis
Hospital and Medical Center, radio station 105.9 WHCN, television
station WB-59, Bank Boston, Travelers Property, The Hartford,
radio station Kiss 95.7, Mechanics Savings Bank and The Hartford
Advocate.
