Town InformationThe Town of Tolland is located in Tolland County, in Northeast Connecticut, covers 40.4 square miles and is home to 11,000 residents. The lands were originally purchased in 1636, but the center of town was not laid out on the Grant Hill area until 1713. Tolland was named, incorporated and settled in 1733.
